A traditional-method sparkling wine (espumante) made from estate-grown Azal and Arinto grapes. Fermented at controlled temperature and bottle-aged 18 months, it displays fine, continuous bubbles. The profile is elegant and creamy, with citrus notes, a hint of buttered toast, and a long, eloquent finish. Serve well chilled (7ºC) to accompany celebrations or light dishes.
