Beautiful tawny port. It has acquired this beautiful color due to its long maturation in wooden barrels that have been in the cellars of Quinta da Romeinara. This historic port house is located about 150 kilometers east of the famous port city of Porto and has a rich history dating back to 1757.

In addition to its beautiful, light brown color, this seductive Port has a pleasant aroma. This contains many scents of dried fruit, plums, currants and raisins and subtle scents of leather, chocolate and a hint of spice. The palate is fragrant and full-bodied, with a lot of structure and concentration, but also with a lot of finesse and elegance. The silky smooth aftertaste lingers almost endlessly.

This is a delicious Port to drink as is! Moreover, it is a beautiful accompaniment to chocolate, old cheese or a walnut cake with fig compote.
