In the Bell, the image used has always been that of the eighteenth-century bell over the gate of the main house of the Quinta.
The grapes for Sino come from various places on the estate, with a preponderance of Touriga Francesa and Tinta Roriz.
Fermented in stainless steel vats for 6 days, followed by malolactic fermentation for two weeks.
100% aged in 225lts French oak barrels for 10 months, 30% second year and 70% third year.
