An extraordinarily demanding grape variety in terms of viticulture and oenology, it finds in Quinta do Rol and its edapho-climatic specificities (moderate temperatures, low thermal amplitudes, well-drained soils), the necessary conditions to express all its value and potential, fully confirming its reputation as a cult wine and that it is possible to make high quality Pinot's in Portugal!
This wine aged for 18 months in French oak casks, both new and used, and aged for 6 months.
