Varieties: Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato and Boal
The White Reserva is sourced from various sites within Quinta da Romaneira.
100% of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels, the four varieties separately, for a period of 21 days at temperatures between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius. No malolactic fermentation. Cultured yeasts are used. The four varieties are picked and fermented separately.
This blend presents itself with a translucent pale golden color. The aroma is striking, with an invigorating potency, subtly mineral, and bursting with fruit, delicate floral notes, and nuanced hints of oak. Upon tasting, it reveals its fullness, accompanied by a refreshing acidity and a lingering finish. It's an exceptional wine for pairing with grilled fish and poultry.
