Produced in Alentejo with 100% Portuguese fruit, part of a base distillation of fresh strawberry and raspberry, juniper, coriander seed, liquorice, angelica root, lemon peel, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. A group of botanicals are distilled together and the rest separately, and a blend is then made between them. This gin with citrus and fruity notes is the perfect recipe for a late afternoon/evening in good company.
