The recipe for Sharish Original is based on a base distillation of fresh Esmolfe bravo apple, juniper, lemon verbena, orange peel and Alentejo lemon peel, coriander seed and cloves. All botanicals are distilled separately in traditional Portuguese stills, and later the alcohol content is corrected and a blend is made with all the spirits. After that, an infusion is made with cinnamon and vanilla.
